Rick Ross isn’t a stranger when it comes to making money moves. Outside of being a Grammy-nominated rapper, he is also a very successful businessman. He has partnered with companies like WingStop and Belaire, and now he is adding affordable healthcare to the list.
Rick announced that he would partner with JetDoc, a digital healthcare platform that connects you with a licensed healthcare professional in minutes. He made the announcement earlier today and has signed on as a spokesperson, investor, and advisor.
Jetdoc provides affordable virtual healthcare that gives instant access to telehealth sessions through your mobile phone. Patients get access to board-certified doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. According to Yahoo News, they’re priced at just $20 for a one-time virtual urgent care visit or a $10 unlimited monthly membership.
Not only that, but all Jetdoc members will receive a free Jetdoc DiscountRx Card, which will allow them to save up to 85% off retail prices when they need to purchase any prescription medication. This applied to most major retail pharmacies.
Rick was on an episode of “Good Morning America” (GMA) today and spoke about his previous health struggles. Rick opened up about having seizures in the past and how he dropped over 100 pounds. He told GMA that this is the best he’s felt in over a decade. He continued saying how this should be everyone’s goal, and that’s why he partnered with the company. He understands that many urban communities may not have access to doctors because it’s not convenient or affordable.
Currently, the Jetdoc mobile app is servicing patients in Florida. Don’t worry; additional states are set to launch at the beginning of 2021. Interested users can sign up at jetdoc.com or download the app free from the Apple or Google Play store.
