It looks like Lori Harvey will not be facing any time behind bars when it comes to her hit-and-run case.
According to TMZ, a court official revealed that earlier this week Lori appeared in court and took a plea deal with prosecutors. She had originally pled no contest to one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest. Through her deal, Lori has been sentenced to two years of probation.
As previously reported, back in January, Lori was charged for the hit-and-run incident, which took place last October. She allegedly smashed her G-Wagon into another car causing her car to flip on its side.
She allegedly attempted to get away from the scene and authorities found her walking not too far from the scene.
As we previously reported, the charges against her were two misdemeanor charges, one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer, and one count of hit-and-run resulting in property damage. When she entered her not guilty plea she was facing at least a year in jail had she been convicted of the charges.
The incident occurred after she held a big birthday celebration in Jamacia with family and friends. That was also the same trip that she and Future became Instagram official.
If you recall, we last reported that both Lori and Future sparked breakup rumors when it people noticed that they unfollowed each other on Instagram.
Things became a little more clear when a Roommates alleged that she saw Lori kicking it with Akon’s brother Bu down in Miami.
