On Saturday, it was confirmed that Boosie was shot in the leg. The shooting took place in Oak Cliff, a neighborhood in South Dallas, at Big T’s Plaza.
According to WFAA, “Multiple police sources confirm Louisiana rapper Lil Boosie has been treated at a Dallas hospital for a gunshot wound.”

The Shade Room exclusively spoke to the Dallas Police Department who told us, “Officers responded to a disturbance armed encounter in which the 911 callers stated that someone had been shot, but left the location in a private vehicle. When officers arrived, they were unable to locate any complainant, suspect, alleged crime scene, and were not flagged down.”
This comes days after Mo3 was fatally shot on RL Thornton Freeway, in which a suspect has not been arrested. This also happens a day after Boosie attended a candlelight vigil for the rapper, who was reportedly signed to his label.

At this time, no suspects have been arrested in Boosie’s shooting either. TMZ reports Boosie has not provided information to authorities but he is said to be in stable condition.
Today is also Boosie’s 38th birthday. We wish him a speedy recovery.
