2 Chainz and Lil Wayne have announced the long-awaited sequel to their 2016 collaboration ColleGrove and they’re releasing their first single.
Almost seven years later 2 Chainz is reuniting with one of the best to ever touch the mic, Lil Wayne.

To tease the project on Instagram, 2 Chainz posted a series of pictures recapping his multi-decade friendship with Weezy.
Back in September, 2 Chainz told The Source that fans could expect ColleGrove 2 before the end of this year noting that they’ve already shot two music videos and had a promo shoot.
“ColleGrove 2 will be coming out before the year’s over with,” he told the outlet. “We’ve already shot two visuals, the photo shoot is over. We’re in the process now of mastering records. All the records are mixed, so it’ll be coming soon. I’m so excited about it and I’ve been talking about it so long. I’m anxious at this point, to try to get it to the fans’ ears. Hear some of the hard work, and the blood, sweat, and tears that me and my brother put into this project.”
